The best thing about supermoon hype is that it's an excellent excuse to go outside and stargaze. What are you favourite photographs from last night's peak-moon moment?
Share your photos, either those you took yourself, or ones you've seen today taken by others. Please try to keep credits and linkbacks attached — we only get beautiful art if we respect the people who create it.
The second-best thing about the supermoon is you find out who amongst you are susceptible to astrozombification. Although the constant stream of uninterrupted astronomy education may be momentarily inconvenient, the list of people who turn into astrozombies has a high rate of overlap with people who will regularly remind you of the truly mind-boggling, overwhelming, undeniable beauty of our universe.
